Fault investigations and repair works can be arranged as required or can be dealt with by our 24hr 365 emergency call out service. At BFA we endeavour to provide our customers with an exceptional service from a single small dwelling to a large business with multiple systems. Here at Brighton Fire Alarms, we pride ourselves on our fire alarm installations, from design stage through to commissioning and handing over the installation to the end user.
We have been carrying out fire alarm installations since the company was formed in 1993 and have achieved a good reputation on quality and affordability and many customers approach us through recommendations. We are regularly audited and assessed by BAFE.
BAFE is the independent registration body for third party certified fire protection companies across the UK. A national independent register of quality fire safety service providers.
Our highly trained team will design the fire alarm system to suit your specific needs, whether you require a Grade A analogue addressable, conventional or radio link wireless system for industrial, commercial or large domestic premises. We can also offer Redcare remote monitoring for all these installations if required. We offer a full range of systems to meet your needs and all of our quotations are free of charge.
All fire alarm systems are designed, installed and commissioned to comply with the relevant British standards BS 5839-parts 1 to 6 for Grade A to Grade F.
AOV maintenance can also be undertaken, the control indicating panels are separate from the fire alarm system, however they are often linked to activate each other where both systems are installed:
The maintenance of these systems includes:
Checking the AOV control indicating panels, power supplies for correct operation, this includes checking any standby batteries.
Smoke detectors, manual controls and relays that are interfaced with the control indicating panel are tested using the relevant test equipment.
Wear accessible the AOV itself is checked for any wear and tear and mechanical moving parts are lubricated and cleaned as necessary.
A full report is then issued indicating any course of action required.
